Good to know

Man & Van: your questions answered

How much does a man and van cost?

Expect roughly £40–£60 per hour for one mover and van and £55–£90 for two, depending on location and crew size. Most small flat moves take two to three hours.

Is man and van cheaper than full removals?

For studios, one-bed flats, student moves and single items, yes. For two-bedroom homes and up — especially with packing or long distances — a full house removal is usually better value.

Can you collect a single item?

Absolutely. We regularly collect sofas, beds and furniture from eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree and stores.

Do you charge for ULEZ or congestion?

Our fleet is ULEZ-compliant, and where the Congestion Charge applies we tell you upfront — never as a surprise on the day.
